Responsibility • Diary management including keeping inspection records in LIG requested format. • Organizing and carry out quality inspections on properties in accordance with inspection frequency. • Producing property reports, keep accurate records in required LIG format. • Identifying and reporting Guardian, Fire Safety,Health and Safety, Environmental Health andMaintenance issues to the responsible departments via Arthur On Line (AOL) application. • Advising Guardians of safety issues/rule infringement and reporting these to the responsible departments via AOL application. • Ensure Fire Door signage and closer is correct to current Fire Safety Standards, fit signage where required. • Take Meter readings as per Inspection schedule. • Test Fire Alarms and record test results. • Rectifying minor repairs if possible. • Ensure security of Master keys. • Carry out face to face liaison with Enforcement Agencies and support client meetings when requested • Liaise directly with internal departments/disciplines. • Writing reports as requested. • Attend LIG training events and meetings as requested and deliver presentations as required. Job Purpose • To use specialist knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. • Install new electrical systems, including lighting and heating, to customer standards and to maintain those systems while upholding safety guidelines and comply with codes and regulations.
