Live-in Guardians Secures Further Industry Recognition with PROPS 2026 Shortlist

March 04, 2026

London, 4th March 2026 – Leading vacant property protection specialists Live-in Guardians have been shortlisted at this year’s prestigious PROPS Awards in The Future of Real Estate category, marking further industry recognition for the business in 2026.

Widely regarded as one of the property industry’s most respected and long-standing awards, the PROPS Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership across the sector, while raising vital funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity. Variety supports children and young people with disabilities and disadvantages across the UK, providing life-changing equipment, experiences and support for families who need it most.

The 2026 PROPS Awards will take place on 14 May at Grosvenor House, bringing together senior leaders from across the property industry for an evening dedicated to recognising outstanding achievement and social impact.

Being shortlisted for The Future of Real Estate reflects Live-in Guardians’ commitment to redefining how vacant buildings are managed and protected. By transforming empty properties into safe, affordable homes for carefully vetted Guardians, the company provides clients with a cost-effective and socially responsible security solution, while contributing to stronger, more resilient communities.

Arthur Duke, Founder and Chairman at Live-in Guardians, commented, “We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted for The Future of Real Estate at the PROPS Awards. From day one, our vision has been to challenge traditional approaches to vacant property by creating solutions that are commercially effective, socially responsible and forward-thinking. To be recognised by one of the industry’s most prestigious awards is a testament to the hard work of our team, the trust of our clients and the positive impact our Guardians make every day.”

The PROPS shortlist builds on continued awards recognition for Live-in Guardians in 2026, including being named a finalist in four categories at the Property Week Resi Awards, as well as being highly commended in the Social Impact category at the latest Estates Gazette Awards.

The recognition reinforces Live-in Guardians’ position at the forefront of innovation within the property sector, as the business continues to evolve its services to meet the changing needs of owners, communities and the built environment.
