Check you fit our criteria

You need to be over 21, in full-time employment, not bankrupt and have access to your own mobile phone and email address. We’re looking for people who are reliable and dependable.

Sign up via our application form

Tell us a bit about yourself, why you would make a great Guardian and the areas you’re interested in living in. You will then need to provide us with photographic ID, 3 months of bank statements, proof of your last address and one reference, either character or employment.

Once we accept your application you will receive an email newsletter of available properties and viewing times every week and we will help to pair you with your perfect property.
