London, 1st May 2025. Leading vacant property protection specialists Live-in Guardians are pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Martin as Managing Director as the business positions itself for further expansion.

Anthony steps into the role (effective 1st May 2025) following 9 successful years as the Company’s Finance Director, bringing with him a deep understanding of the business and a strong vision for its future.

As part of this leadership transition, outgoing Managing Director and Founder, Arthur Duke has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Arthur’s strategic insight and industry experience will continue to support the company as it enters its next phase of development.

This leadership evolution comes as Live-in Guardians enters a new phase of growth and innovation in the property protection and Guardian services sector. With growing demand across the UK, the company is focused on strengthening its service offering, investing in technology, and building on its reputation as a market leader.
