New Appointments

Live-in Guardians are pleased to announce a number of new appointments as the first part of a 3 year expansion programme.

Andre Baron is to fill the new role of Property Manager overseeing the 50 plus property portfolio in Central London.

Johnny Moser will assist Ann Maynard in the busy Guardian department dealing specifically with viewings and keys.

Alison Green is PA to Managing Director Arthur Duke and assisting the Administration Department.

The Maintenance Department has 3 new members, Johnny Houshmand, David Banh and Yannick Rowe. This will allow the department to deal effectively with its new properties in South London and those outside London.

Managing Director Arthur Duke said ‘ With our ever increasing number of buildings and Guardians we want to ensure that we are able to maintain the high standards on which we have built our reputation. We are delighted to extend our team with these quality people to ensure our objective is met.’
