The Figures

Interested in saving money? Live-in Guardians can save you up to 100% on the cost of traditional security solutions.

In most cases, we’ll even hand your property back to you in a better condition than how we received it!

What’s the process?

It’s a simple 3 step procedure, which could save you thousands of pounds.

Your image...

The owner of a property enters into an Agreement with Live-in Guardians Limited (LIG) authorising them to provide its services to secure the owner's vacant property.

Your image...

To assist Live-in Guardians to provide its services, LIG's associate company, Live-in Guardians Management Limited (LIM) grants non-exclusive licences to guardians to occupy a particular property.

Upon termination of the agreement between LIG and the owner, the licence between LIM and the Guardian automatically terminates, which ensures our guardians do not acquire any tenancy rights.

Who Are The Guardians?

We only provide trustworthy and reliable people as guardians for your property. We spend time getting to know the people that are going to be living in your building and make sure that the living arrangements will be beneficial for both parties. A lot of our guardians stay in our scheme for a long time, and that’s something which we are very proud of!

Am I covered?

“Thanks for everything, it was such a great experience living at Willow St. You and Arthur were great landlords and it's gona take a bit of getting used to not being with the Live-in Guardians. Good luck with everything, I hope all goes well with the new properties.”
