We're looking for graduates who are now in full-time employment and understand what it means to be a good Guardian. Guardians are expected to keep their living space clean and tidy and report any maintenance issues to our team so that the property always stays in good working order. Property Guardianship is a community-based lifestyle and Guardians should enjoy living and collaborating with other like-minded individuals and should be comfortable with a flexible lifestyle. If property owners require the use of their building again, we will return it to them within thirty days, but we will always prioritise finding suitable alternative accommodation for the Guardians.
